Bloodstock is thrilled to announce the addition of occult metal overlords, Hell and Austrian death/black metallers, Belphegor to the 2013 bill.
Belphegor are celebrating their 20 year anniversary this year and readying the release of their tenth studio album this summer, via Nuclear Blast. Take a peek at what’s been going on in the studio below. Bloodstock 2013 will be the first place you can hear some new material live.
Belphegor's Helmuth states: “To bomb the UK is always a pleasure for Belphegor. We will celebrate Diabolical Death Musick, and visualize it with a special 20 year anniversary show, full of bones, flesh and blood! At the start of August, our new as-yet-untitled album will be released. The troupe can’t wait to premiere two of these tracks at Bloodstock. An honour - this horror!”
Meanwhile, HELL, who also have their second album scheduled for release later this year via Nuclear Blast, are also looking forward to the BOA weekend. HELL’s axeman Andy Sneap comments: “We are thrilled to announce HELL have been added to the Saturday main stage bill at Bloodstock. HELL had such a great time at BOA in 2011, opening the main stage on the Sunday, so it's an honour to be asked back, especially with the bill being such a strong line up. There’s still time to sign up to the BOA deposit scheme to help spread the cost of paying for your 2013 weekend ticket. You have until 1st March to subscribe to the scheme, which allows you to secure your festival wristband for three incremental payments of around forty quid. The deal breaks down as follows:
1st payment - £39.25 (+ booking fee) required at sign up.
2nd payment - £46 - debited from your account on 31st March.
3rd payment – £39.75 (+ postage) - debited from your account on 30th April.
Payments will be collected automatically by bank transfer on the designated day(s), so the buyer doesn't have to worry about accidentally missing a payment. For full details on signing up, click here.
