Canadian punk-rockers Billy Talent formed in 1993, and have held the same line-up - Ben Kowalewicz on vocals, Ian D'Sa on lead guitar, Jon Gallant on bass, and Aaron Solowoniuk on the drums - ever since. Despite forming in 1993, it took Billy Talent around 8 years to break out of Toronto’s underground scene and find mainstream success.

Although they’re big stars in their home country of Canada, they haven’t seen as much success throughout the rest of the world - but are continually rising up the ladder with each album. Their fifth album - due out later in 2012 - will see them touring the world and will project their unique brand of punk-influenced rock to an even broader audience.
