Black Moth are an English garage rock and stoner metal outfit hailing from Leeds. Formed in 2010, the band consists of singer Harriet Bevan, guitarists Jim Swainston and Nico Carew, bassist Dave Vachon, and drummer Dom McCready.
Signed to New Heavy Sounds, the band released their debut album The Killing Jar back in 2012 and 'Condemned to Hope' in 2014. They have since been smashing out gigs and sets across the country, including performances at Reading and Leeds and Download Festival and slots sharing the stage with Turbowolf and Karma to Burn. In 2017 they released their latest record, 'Moonbow', which they supported with a full UK tour in February 2018. Black Moth announced their split in September 2019, with a final farewell show planned at Leeds' Brudenell Social Club for December.
