Chicane, real name Nicholas Bracegirdle, is an English electronica musician and producer from Chalfont St Giles, Buckinghamshire.
Starting his career in 1994, he released his debut album, ‘Far from the Maddening Crowds’ in 1997, followed by ‘Behind the Sun’ in 2000, ‘Somersault’ in 2007, ‘Giants’ in 2010, ‘Thousand Mile Stare’ in 2012 and ‘The Sum of Its Parts’ in 2015. He is set to release his latest album, 'Twenty', which is set to be released on July 29. Chicane has announced his only UK show this year at London’s Koko in September in support of 'Twenty'.
