Chris Cornell, is an American rock musician, best known as the lead singer and guitarist of Seattle rock band Soundgarden, the former lead singer of Audioslave, and a solo artist.

He has released four solo studio albums, ‘Euphoria Morning’ in 1999, 2007’s, ‘Carry On’, followed by, ‘Scream’ in 2009, and the live album ‘Songbook’ in 2011. His last release ‘Higher Truth’ in 2015.

He was voted Rock’s Greatest Singer by Guitar World, ranked fourth in Heavy Metal’s All-Time Top 199 Vocalists’, by Hit Parade, ninth in the list of Best Singers of All Time by Rolling Stone, and twelfth in MTV’s 22 Greatest Voices in Music.
