This one might be more difficult.

As of the last time i saw the phonics (Bristol Academy, June 02) Richard was playing two Fender Precisions, both white but with different pickguards. Previously he has played a fFender Jazz (Morfa)and a Gibson Thunderbird IV(DatR). His amps are Hughes and Kettner, and i have no idea what that huge load of rackmounted stuff is with all the flashing lights on. Any help very welcome.

Id just like to point out that im a massive phonics fan, have been since 1997 but in my own view richard aint got enough education to perform. Hes just lucky, listen to the bass in phonics songs then listen to the likes of led zeplin, the beatles, the who, the stone roses. I just get pissed off that people call him a good bassist and he has all this admiration when really hes just lucky he lived in cwmammen the sam time kelly did. As he said in his own words "i only started playing bass coz it was cool"(or sumthing along them lines, i wasnt paying much attention).
As a wise man once said theres a fine line between talent and luck in the music industry, if you find someone talented be sure to jump on the bandwaggan whether it be raining or shining you cant lose because you wouldnt have gone anywhere any way."Laythe-2001
