[yeah, its a stupid name. i couldnt think of anything better but if you do let me know]
Okay. So, someone made me start writing down for each day one good thing that happened on that day. because even in the crappiest of days (like one i'm having now, see how you feel thread..) there HAS to be atleast one good thing.
and reflecting on that, even by having to come up with one on a stupid day, makes you feel a bit better and appreciate the good things.
so this thread is supposed to be a lasting one, and all the crappy stuff and complaints and whining will be left outside of it.
as i said in the how-you-feel, the one good thing that i have today is ordering from amazon two whiskeytown albums, that i know a few songs off that are great, thus expanding my Ryan Adams collection even further.
and on the same amazon order - a knitting daily 2008 calendar, for patterns and fun  |

I helped to cheer up a guy who's marriage is breaking up
I made up the word Keyano (mixture of piano and keyboard)
I discovered some new music I like
I made a lovely dinner - spicy chicken, stir fried veggies and pittas
AND new CSI tonight!

To combat this prob I stay out of shops and only buy healthy things - though this proving expensive!
