depends on whether there's anyone you really want to see at TITP.
but i'd say go and be with your friend. festivals come and go, but she seems to be important to you. i had a similar dilemma last year. we planned a friend's hen night (i was one of her three bridesmaids) and when it was set i found out phonics were playing a small club gig in finland. of course i would have loved to go, but i didn't and haven't regretted it since |

or try to help and re-organise the shifts, so you can do the thing on some other day and not on friday |

if she's really ok with you going, why dont you plan a day together just you & her to make up for it?

1) go to TITP
2) miss TITP
3) try to still change the schedule around, so you can go to both
there's still time, so i'd try nr 3 |
