Recording artist 'Jay Z' arrives for the premiere of the film 'American Gangster' in New York October 19, 2007. Jay-Z will launch a rare concert tour next month perform only material from his new album 'American Gangster' which is inspired by -- but not directly affiliated with -- the new crime drama of the same name.
