Neon Indian Releases Video For 'Mind Drips' Using Analogue Video Synthesiser

Neon Indian's debut album 'Psychic Chasms' UK release in 2010 (almsost a whole year after it's US release), the psychadelic indie dance band have now created a pioneering new video for track 'Mind Drips'. After touring around the world for nearly two years playing tracks from Psychic Chasms far and wide, Neon Indian aka Alan Palomo will be returning to the studio to record tracks for a follow up.

But before that follow up, the group have fabricated a whole new type of music video. The video was created using the LZX Visionary, an analogue video synthesizer. The LZX Visionary manipulates and creates images in the same way a normal synthesizer does for sounds. Mind Drips is the first music video to utilize this unique synthesizer, and all of its visual effects are recorded in real-time using techniques such as abstract pattern synthesis, video feedback, and analog compositing.
