Monday, 10 January 2011 Written by Rob Sleigh

Sunday Best, the record label of Radio 1 DJ Rob Da Bank and home to the Dub Pistols and Dan Le Sac vs. Scroobius Pip, are to release a new compilation album entitled ‘Increase the Peace Vol. 4’ on 17th January. The compilation includes tracks by Dan Le Sac vs. Scroobius Pip, David E. Sugar, The Ghost and Lucky Elephant as well as remixes by Hot Chip, Third Party and Doctor P.

The album features a reworking of Italian composer Niccolò Paganini’s ‘Caprice No. 24’ by Robortom – aka Rob Da Bank and Tom Middleton – feat. Au Revoir Simone entitled ‘Paganini Rocks’. Hip-hop duo Dan Le Sac vs. Scroobius Pip appear twice on the album with ‘Snob’, taken from their recent album ‘The Logic of Chance’, and a remix of last year’s single ‘Sick Tonight’ by Doctor P. Hot Chip also make an appearance with their remix of Max Sedgley’s ‘Slowly’.

This is the fourth ‘Increase the Peace’ compilation in the series. Volume 3 was released around the same time last year. All four are available to buy on iTunes.
