BB King Confirms Three Rare UK June Concerts & Tickets

Universally hailed as the reigning King of the Blues, legendary B.B. King will perform three UK concerts in Manchester, Edinburgh and London in June. The three shows mark King’s first UK appearances in two years. Dates include Manchester O2 Apollo (Sat 25th June), Edinburgh Playhouse (Sun 26th June) and London's Royal Albert Hall (Tue 28th June).

Legends don't come any bigger than BB King. In 2001 he celebrated 50 years of recording and over 50 album releases. He has 7 Grammys including a Lifetime Achievement award. His innovative blend of gospel, jazz and deep delta blues influenced two generations of rock and blues guitarists.

The blues guitar icon is pleased to confirm that the critically acclaimed singer/songwriter and pianist Avery Sunshine will be his special guest on all UK dates.

BB King will play the following UK shows:

Saturday 25th June 2011 – O2 Apollo, Manchester
Sunday 26th June 2011 – Playhouse, Edinburgh
Tuesday 28th June 2011 - Royal Albert Hall, London
