Ice Cube Busts Straight Outta Compton For Intimate UK Shows & Tickets

Hip-Hop legend Ice Cube is heading to the UK to play a handful of intimate summertime concerts.
The ex-NWA and CIA member will be performing a small number of shows to promote his latest album ‘I Am the West’, which came out in September last year.
Considered one of the biggest names in rap and hip-hop, it is expected that Ice Cube’s limited shows in the UK will sell-out extremely fast.
It is apparent that Ice Cube will be performing in the Millennium Music Hall in Cardiff on July 11th – but no other dates have been confirmed, and the information is subject to change at any time. Tickets for the Cardiff show are set to go on sale Friday.
Real name O’Shea Jackson, Ice Cube began his career as a member of CIA alongside Dr Dre, and then moved onto group NWA – which led Ice Cube to be considered as one of the defining pioneers of the gangsta rap genre.
Following his departure from NWA, Jackson went on to lead a very successful solo career, with almost all of his albums hitting platinum certification. Jackson didn’t limit himself to music either, and went on to act, produce and direct films and start his own clothing line.
All we know is that it’ll be a long, long time ‘til Ice Cube brings his West Coast Flava to the UK again, so make sure you buy your tickets FAST as the concerts are more than likely to sell out.
