Brit Floyd is the amazing brand new Pink Floyd tribute show created by Chas Cole and Damian Darlington the long time producer and musical director of 'The Australian Pink Floyd Show'.

Chas Cole said, "The new show is amazing! Damian and I had worked on 'The Australian Pink Floyd Show'  for over fifteen years and so the opportunity to create a brand new show featuring our favourite Pink Floyd musicians was a fantastic opportunity for us."

Incorporating, CMP's usual winning formula of grandiose production values and impeccable musicianship. This extravagant new show brings together all the best elements of a real Pink Floyd show, world-class musicians, world-class road crew, together with amazing new cutting edge Floydian animation and a staggering new stage production. 

Brit Floyd Musical director, Damian Darlington, is the most experienced Pink Floyd musician on the planet, having performed in over 1,290 full two and a half hour performances since 1994. Damian will take responsibilities for lead guitar and vocals during the new Brit Floyd's UK and European shows throughout 2011. 

Joining Damian on stage will be Ian Cattell on lead vocals and bass, Bobby Harrison on guitar, Carl Brunsdon on sax and percussion, Rob Stringer on keyboards, Arran Ahmun on drums and Ola Bienkowska, Emily Jollands and Jacquie Williams on vocals.

Damian said, "I think I can speak for all of the musicians and crew by saying these are exciting times. We've got a lot of surprises planned for 2011 and we look forward to seeing you at our Brit Floyd shows across Europe." 

Brit Floyd take the Pink Floyd tribute experience to a brand new level.

The upcoming tour, Pink Floyd Greatest Hits World Tour 2011, will showcase the biggest and most spectacular Floyd tribute of all time. Two and a half hours of the absolute best of Floyd live in the sort of spectacularly ostentatious setting that all true Floyd fans will relish.

CMP Entertainment have produced over 1,200 Pink Floyd tribute shows over the past 15 years including dates in the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Malta and Israel.

Brit Floyd are giving a free 2hr live promo DVD to everyone who buys a tickets for the upcoming UK Tour. Filmed at the Brit Floyd launch show in Liverpool Echo Arena this January, with a 7,000 strong crowd, this two hour performance sees Brit Floyd showcase their impeccable musicianship, alongside new cutting edge Floydian animation and a staggering new stage production, to deliver the very best of Pink Floyd. Highlights include “Wish You Were Here’, ‘Shine On (You Crazy Diamond)’, ‘Comfortably Numb’, ‘Time’ and ‘Another Brick in the Wall’ - complete with a 30-piece school choir.

Musical Director, Damian Darlington, said, “It was an amazing night in Liverpool, with a fantastic audience. This promo DVD will let everyone see what a brilliant bunch of musicians we’ve got. I can’t wait to take this show around the country.”
