The Stranglers' Hugh Cornwell To Release New Album 'Totem And Taboo' Through PledgeMusic Partnership

PledgeMusic the leading direct-to-fan music company has announced that legendary front man of The Stranglers, Hugh Cornwell, is to fund and release his new solo album via PledgeMusic.
‘Totem and Taboo’ will be released in 2012 via formats including a download version, CD, vinyl and a number of very special unique extras.
This new partnership will provide a direct-to-fan offering giving Hugh Cornwell fans the chance to participate in the making and release of his new album. In addition, the campaign will be done in partnership with the charity Missing People who provide a lifeline to the 250,000 people who go missing every year.
Along with the album Hugh Cornwell is also making available a range of unique and rare items via PledgeMusic, such as:
