Noel Gallagher Not So Keen on This Year's X-Factor Hopefuls

Loud-mouthed Noel Gallager has given his verdict of the bands on this year’s version of X-Factor: “Fucking dreadful.”
The vocalist and guitarist, who’s enjoying success with his new band The High Flying Birds, has taken a dig at the talent contest, aiming his abuse predominantly at judge Tulisa Contostavlos’ bands category, which she must teach and tutor to the finals. He’s also not particularly impressed by the over 50’s, either...
“I watched this series for the first time this weekend,” Noel admitted. “I'm usually quite good at picking who is going to go through, and I think I managed to pick them all correctly this time.
“The groups are fucking appalling; they really are fucking dreadful! The over 50s or 25s category are fucking shite too.
“It's only a TV show, though, and the whole thing is more like a soap opera with all their back stories and that carry-on.
“The live shows are when it's at its best and its great Saturday night TV, especially when you've got an 11-year-old daughter. That show is her life!”
