Jane's Addiction Stream New Album 'The Great Escape'

'The Great Escape Artist', the first studio album by Jane’s Addiction in eight years, will have its world premiere exclusively on theiTunes Store starting today, Tuesday, October 11th, streamed free in its entirety for one week leading up its October 18th in-store release date. Speaking about the streaming of the album, Jane's Addiction lead guitarist Dave Navarro says. “We are psyched that people will have a chance to hear our whole album before they buy it and we applaud iTunes for standing up for great audio too.”
'The Great Escape Artist', the band’s fourth studio album, features the single 'Irresistible Force,' a Top Ten hit on the alternative rock chart.
Next, they head into New York City for two sold-out shows Monday, October 17th and Tuesday, October 18th at Irving Plaza as part of their third and final pair of small venue shows with Citi to mark the release of 'The Great Escape Artist'. In 2012, Jane's Addiction will embark on a world tour.
