Pain of Salvation Join Next Month’s Opeth Tour & Tickets

Swedish metallers Pain of Salvation have been confirmed as support on next month’s UK tour dates with fellow Scandinavians Opeth. The new dates follow the release of the band’s eighth album ‘Road Salt Two’, which came out earlier this month. The album is the follow-up to Pain of Salvation’s 2010 concept album ‘Road Salt One’. Pain of Salvation were formed in 1991 from frontman Daniel Gildenlöw’s previous band Reality, which he founded at the age of 11. They released their debut album ‘Entropia’ in 1997. In addition to the band’s upcoming tour with Opeth, Pain of Salvation have also previously toured with US rockers Dream Theater.
