Damon Albarn has given the biggest hint yet that there is more to come from his animated band.
The Blur singer cheekily offered Oasis singer Liam Gallagher a collaboration on the Gorillaz next album.
The band frontmen had a famous rivalry in the mid-ninties when their bands, Blur and Oasis, went head to head in the "Britpop Wars".
Daman said, : "I'd love him to be on the next Gorillaz record, but let's wait and see how his band does in the next 12 months. "
"I'm sure he'll be all right on his own - he doesn't really need me."
The new Gorillaz single 'Kids With Guns / El Manana' is out now.
