Iconic Southern rockers Lynyrd Skynyrd have announced UK dates for June 2012.
Featuring original member Gary Rossington plus Johnny Van Zant, Rickey Medlocke and Michael Cartellone, Lynyrd Skynyrd are the ultimate boogie rock n roll survivors.
Originally formed in 1964, the band rose to worldwide fame from their driving live performances, however, in 1977 three members tragically died in an airplane crash ending the band's peak of success.
Continuing to tour and record, Lynyrd Skynyrd, recognised for anthems such as 'Freebird' and 'Sweet Home Alabama', will return to the UK in June 2012 for three UK shows.

June 2012
Jun 1st – Clyde Auditorium, Glasgow
Jun 2nd – O2 Apollo, Manchester
Jun 3rd – HMV Hammersmith Apollo, London
