Superstar house and dance producer David Guetta is reportedly upset after a slightly altered version of his track ‘Titanium’ leaked and surfaced online.
The track, which originally came out last year in August, featured Australia singer Sia – who both wrote and performed the vocals on the track. But, another version of the track, this time featuring Mary J Blige on vocals, has surfaced – leaving Guetta rather unimpressed.
Sounding like quite the perfectionist, Guetta told Australia’s News.com: “You shouldn't even know about that. I'd rather not speak about it. That was annoying. It wasn't supposed to be out there. The first time I heard what Sia did, because she was not in the studio with me, I fell in love with it.
“I didn't even want to give it to anyone else; it was perfect the way it was. It's not only about how big you are in America, it's about the song and the voice.”
You can catch David Guetta at his one-off performance in Alexandra Palace on Friday 1st June. If you’re a fan, check the details below and grab yourself a pair of the best-priced tickets available.
