After releasing their first album in eight years, 'Wonky', Orbital have unveiled their UK festival appearances for the Summer as well as a brand new UK tour for December.
Orbital will be hitting Bestival, Secret Garden Party, Bloc and The Beat-Herder from June through to September 2012. Following their festival performances, the undefeated champions of British electronic music will head out on a full ten-date UK tour in December.
Recently reunited following a long sabbatical, Paul and Phil Hartnoll are back on form and ready to reclaim their title as lords of the dance arena. Both timeless and contemporary, heartwarming and exhilarating, 'Wonky', released on 1st April, puts a vividly modern spin on their signature blend of melodic, emotive electronica. Confident, energised and eclectic, 'Wonky' has already been described as the duo’s finest album to date.
