Ahead of his performance at Radio 1's Hackney Weekend in June, Jack White has announced a third solo show in the capital, confirming details of a performance at London's HMV Forum on Saturday 23rd June. This new date takes place ahead of his already confirmed shows at London's Hammersmith Apollo on Friday 22nd June and Brixton Academy on Thursday 21st June.
Jack White is to release his debut solo album ‘Blunderbuss’ on 23rd April and Jack will be using the London shows to showcase brand new material. The album follows the release of his first ever solo single 'Love Interruption’.
Talking about his decision to go solo, White told fans: “I've put off making records under my own name for a long time but these songs feel like they could only be presented under my name. These songs were written from scratch, had nothing to do with anyone or anything else but my own expression, my own colours on my own canvas.
