Hologram Projection Company Musion Agree That It 'Makes Sense' To Take Tupac On Tour

Hip-hop fans who are desperate for the chance to see legendary rapper Tupac Shakur reanimated on stage have been given a glimmer of hope today, after the team behind Coachella's incredible hologram Tupac stated that it would 'make sense' for the show to be taken on tour.

On Tuesday, we reported that Snoop Dogg and Dr Dre, the two rappers who performed alongside hologram Tupac, were considering taking the show on tour, alongside rap royalty like Eminem, 50 Cent and Wiz Khalifa. Now, the idea has been supported by Musion, the holographic projection company behind the incredible new live show.

Sanj Surati, Musion's head of music, told NME: “This is obviously a historic and exciting initiative that we're all witnessing currently, and it would make sense for them to bring it to Europe and maybe take it to the rest of the world.”

The performance was an incredible sight and was the first time a deceased celebrity has been brought back to life in such a way. Afeni Shakur, mother of Tupac, who was fatally shot in 1996, is said to have been thrilled at seeing her son on stage once again, and is most likely another advocate of a hologram Tupac tour.
