Robert Plant To Debut New Band The Sensational Space Shifters At Low-Key Gloucester Show & Tickets

Robert Plant is to debut his new band The Sensational Space Shifters next month, announcing a special low-key show at Gloucester's Guildhall. The former Led Zeppelin fontman will perform under the banner of Robert Plant Presents Sensational Space Shifters at the Gloucester's Guildhall on 8th May.

Speaking about the booking, The Guildhall's marketing manager Joe Schiavon commented: "It gives me great pleasure to announce Led Zeppelin frontman and award-winning solo artist Robert Plant will be performing an exclusive low-key warm-up show at Gloucester Guildhall next month.
"This is obviously a massive show for us, and we can't wait to host it. The show, entitled Robert Plant Presents Sensational Space Shifters, will be his first with his new band, ahead of a busy summer festival schedule."
The Sensational Space Shifters, who line-up as Robert Plant alongside members of his former band The Strange Sensation and regular collaborator Justin Adams, say they are influenced by "the roots music of Mississippi, Appalachia, Gambia, Bristol and the foothills of Wolverhampton."
