It's the news Robert Mancini has been waiting for... Beady Eye and ex-Oasis star Liam Gallagher has revealed that he'll move back to Manchester should his favourites Manchester City win the Premier League.
The star made the comments to TalkSport prior to last night's derby, which ended in Manchester City winning 1-0 – any of you watching may have seen Liam celebrating wildly at the end. He's currently living in London but has promised that he'll move back to his hometown should they top the premiership – something which looks a likely outcome following City's win yesterday.
He then went on to speak to ITV News, where he talked about the league and his opens for City to win big.
“If we beat United tonight we can go on to win the league but United are a mega team and we will have to wait and see, but the guys are going to be earning their money tonight. I got back from Disneyland with the kids and we got beat by Arsenal so we were eight points behind and I was getting loads of grief from United fans in Disneyland. Even Daffy Duck I think is a secret Red, he was having a pop, so I thought it was well and truly over then.”
