With over 3 million tickets sold worldwide, the number one tribute show in the world, The Australian Pink Floyd Show returns to the UK in February 2013 for their 'Eclipsed By The Moon' tour which will celebrate the 40th anniversary of the iconic ‘The Dark Side Of The Moon’ album. The Australian Pink Floyd Show Tickets are ON SALE 9AM TODAY, Friday 25th May.
The 19 UK dates, including a prestigious show at The O2 London, as well as dates in other arenas across the country and a sprinkling of smaller shows, kick-off on 8th February 2013. The band will be playing tracks from 'Dark Side...' as well as other classic Pink Floyd tracks from many other albums with a performance that stretches over 2 hours.
The Pink Floyd classic 'The Dark Side Of The Moon' features legendary songs, including ‘The Great Gig In The Sky,’ ‘Us And Them’ and the two singles taken from the album, ‘Money’ and ‘Time’. The album sold over 50 million copies worldwide and remained in the charts for 741 weeks from 1973 to 1988, longer than any other album in history.
The Australian Pink Floyd Show attempt to recreate the look, feel, and sound of Pink Floyd's later world tours, employing visual aids such as lasers, inflatables and a large display panel.
