Coldplay Kick-Off UK Stadium Tour With 2 Hour Performance

Alternative rockers Coldplay have finally kicked off their UK stadium tour, and have done so in incredible style.
The band have been touring their latest album ‘Mylo Xyloto’ since October and are finally bringing their brilliant new sounds to stadiums across the country. And, despite revealing that the much-talked about interactive, glow-in-the-dark wristbands were costing too much, the band still give each member of the crowd their own piece – and it worked interactively for the first three songs.
Chris Martin and co. didn’t hold back on any of the other interactive parts of their show, and performed alongside confetti cannons, giant balloons, and a laser show throughout their whole set. They even made use of a lengthy runway and a second stage, which they used to perform more basic versions of their songs ‘Princess of China', 'Up in Flames', and 'Warning Sign’.
They also played a crowd-pleasing setlist, which included fresh tracks from their new album, which included opening with the title track, and some of their best-known classics, like ‘Yellow’, ‘Viva la Vida’ and ‘Speed of Sound’. You can check out a full set list below.
