X-Factor boyband JLS have unfortunately been forced to cancel two of their summer shows because of extended studio time, it has been revealed.
The London-based pop outfit have lined-up a whole load of shows for this summer, but will sadly not be able to perform their gigs in Oxford's South Park and Carlisle's Bitt Park. The gigs were scheduled to take place on August 19th and 25th respectively. Promoters are sorting out refunds, and the gigs will not be rearranged, but the changes have fortunately not had any effect on any of their other, remaining live shows.
Dion Clements, a spokesperson for the tour, has released the following statement surrounding the cancellations: “We fully understand, and are very sorry for, any disappointment felt by fans following this announcement. It is due to timelines being changed, requiring recording studio time to be extended, creating an overlap issue and ‘knock-on effect’ for the earlier shows of the summer tour; Oxford and Carlisle.”
