In the run up to the release of their new album 'Unpatterns', the last few months has seen a whirlwind of activity for Simian Mobile Disco, with a clutch of beautifully diverse and visually striking videos released to the internet, the album teaser tracks 'Cerulean' and 'Seraphim' winning over fans on the radio (everyone from Pete Tong to Nick Grimshaw, among others) and their recent set at the Mixmag party causing absolutely raucous scenes.
Now comes euphoric new single 'Your Love Ain’t Fair' – a skyscraping behemoth of a tune, complete with infectious vocal hook and hands in the air breaks, and one that seems to be designed solely with riotous summer nights and hazy mornings after in mind.
It’s another anthemic track off 'Unpatterns', which takes a sharp detour from their previous guest-heavy albums and turns the spotlight inwards on Jas Shaw and James Ford themselves, showcasing their almost limitless talents to powerful effect.
