American country music star Kris Kristofferson has announced he will return to the UK this December for a 6-date tour. Kris Kristofferson Tickets are on sale from 9am on Friday.
Kris Kristofferson found success as country singer and songwriter in the 1970s. Songs such as 'Me and Bobby McGee,' 'Help Me Make It Through the Night,' 'Sunday Morning Coming Down,' and 'For the Good Times,' propelled Kris to the top of the country charts and helped redefine country music song-writing. By the mid-1980s, its was guessed that over 400 artists had recorded their own versions of Kristofferson's
However, Kris' talents don't end at singing and song-writing. He has also built a successful career as an actor. Attracting the attention of Hollywood, Kris has appeared in over 70 films. He won a Golden Globe for Best Actor in “A Star Is Born” and most recently played the role of "Whistler" in the Blade movie series.
