Swans have confirmed a short run of UK live dates later this year, including a headline show at London's KOKO, to coincide with the release of new album 'The Seer'.
Recently kicking back into life and led by Michael Gira, Swans are regarded as one of the most inspiring, forward-thinking bands around. They release new album 'The Seer' on 27th August which Gira reveals, "took 30 years to make." He added: "It’s the culmination of every previous Swans album as well as any other music I’ve ever made, been involved in or imagined. But it’s unfinished, like the songs themselves. It’s one frame in a reel. The frames blur, blend and will eventually fade".
Anyone buying the special edition of 'The Seer' album will pick-up a free live DVD of the band.
