Aiden Grimshaw, the X Factor finalist of the seventh series in 2010 who proved popular with both the judges and the public, has just premièred his new single 'Curtain Call' on Scott Mills' BBC Radio 1 show.
Despite being eliminated from X Factor's seventh series, Aiden Grimshaw still proved to be hugely popular amongst fans of the show. Since leaving the programme he has played a handful of concerts, including a home-coming gig in the familiar surroundings of The Syndicate in Blackpool, and will embark on a full tour of the UK in September.
Following the run of successful gigs, Aiden scored a record deal with X-Factor mogul Simon Cowell and has now almost finished work on his debut album ‘Misty Eye’, which is set to hit shelves on 20th August. Lead single, 'Curtain Call,' received its première this afternoon on Scott Mills' Radio 1 show. Check it out below.
