Burns Unveils Music Video For New Single 'Lies' - Watch Now

Brighton-based musician Burns has unveiled his brand new music video and single ‘Lies’, a track set to hit shelves on September 17th.
With a clutch of critically acclaimed EP’s and a compilation CD under his belt on 2112 Records, Burns has already become one of the most exciting and well-respected new producers and DJs on the UK electronic music scene, with high-profile remixes for the likes of Dizzee Rascal and Lana Del Rey, not to mention production work on forthcoming albums from Rihanna and Akon.
Now comes a piece of his own work; ‘Lies’, the first taster from his forthcoming debut LP on Columbia, and a glimpse at the real sound of Burns. Beautifully atmospheric and instantly infectious, the track showcases Burns’ effortless skill in creating emotive, song-based danced music, deploying a haunting female vocal over 116bpm beats to create something utterly evocative and gorgeously unique. As if that’s not enough, the single also comes packed with incredible remixes from a dazzling roll-call of collaborators, including Skream, Tiga, Otto Knows and Acrobat - completing an amazing package which more than piques excitement for the album to come.
