Scottish trio Sucioperro have decided to start the week with a bang by unveiling a brand new track from their new album 'Fused'. If that wasn't enough they've also announced that Hawk Eyes and Freeze the Atlantic (featuring members of Reuben and Hundred Reasons) will be sharing support duties on their upcoming UK tour.
Sucioperro snapped into existence in 2002, and proceeded to tour with any and everyone including Biffy Clyro, Oceansize, Reuben, Hell Is For Heroes, and many more. Since then, the dynamic rock trio have put most UK bands to shame, with three albums and a string of singles and EPs to their name balancing their three roles perfectly within their diverse output.
New album 'Fused' will be released on 3rd September through new label Medals for Everyone. It's a much more dark and abrasive record than their previous efforts, taking cues from the likes of Jesus Lizard and Helmet. Though there are still those trade mark glorious hooks in there. Lots of them.
To support the release of 'Fused' Sucioperro will be touring the UK throughout September & October. Hawk Eyes and Freeze The Atlantic split the support dates between them. Hawk Eyes are fresh from touring the UK with Andrew WK and earlier this month announced that they'd be headlining the BBC Introducing Stage at Leeds and Reading Festival this year as well as unveiling the video for their new single 'Headstrung'.
