Let by the outlandish, larger-than-life, huge-tongued and shaven-headed front man Buster Bloodvessel, Bad Manners will return to the road in December to deliver yet another tour of aggressive and highly danceable good-time ska.
Bad Manners formed in 1976 while at school together. At the time of forming none of the members had any formal musical training, not even the ability to play any instruments. Hitting their peak during the late 1970s and early 1980s, a period when ska bands filled the charts, you may recall hits such as 'My Girl Lollipop', 'Lip Up Fatty', 'Special Brew' and 'Ne-Ne-Na-Na-Na-Na-Nu-Nu'.
Another reason for the group's popularity was down to the exploits of the irrepressible Buster Bloodvessel who got them banned from the British TV chart show Top of the Pops as a result of his controversial behaviour while performing live. This tour wont be for the faint-hearted!
