London-based indie-rock outfit The Dead Famous have announced a five date UK tour this week, in what will be their first ever road-trip together.
The Dead Famous, who can almost be considered an pop-rock supergroup (it consists of Go:Audio star James Matthews and Elliot Minor drummer Dan Hetherton as well as guitarist Freddie Edwards and bass player Dave Baker), have barely performed together in their short, two year career - but are now poised to embark on their first ever UK tour.
The tour will take them to Glasgow’s Ivory Blacks venue on September 27th, after which the band will travel to York, Stoke, and Cardiff, before rounding off the tour with a highly-anticipated show in London’s The Garage 2. Tickets are onsale now and will cost you £6.50 + fees in Cardiff and Stoke, and £7.00 + fees in York, Glasgow, and London. The tour coincides with the release of their debut single and music video ‘Hide Your Halo’, which is out October 7th. You can check out the track below.
