Last Dinosaurs Announce Debut Album Release

Australian indie-rockers Last Dinosaurs have announced that their debut album ‘In a Million Years’ is set to hit UK shelves on October 8th - the same date they also release new single ‘Zoom’.

Following a fantastic run of live shows this summer, which included sets at Lovebox, Field Day and a headline performance at The Nest in London, Last Dinosaurs are back with a new single and highly anticipated debut album.

Coming in the wake of previous single ‘Time & Place’, ‘Zoom’ is another slice of summer indie pop bliss, with Lachlan Caskey’s metrical guitar delivery a perfect complement to his brother’s unmistakably melodious vocal.

‘In A Million Years’ is packed full with tuneful, harmonious, leftfield, indie pop anthems, other album highlights ‘Andy’ and ‘Honolulu’ perfect examples of Last Dinosaurs uniquely brilliant sound.

Last Dinosaurs, formed in Brisbane Australia in 2007, are high school friends Sean Caskey, who provides vocals, his guitarist brother Lachlan Caskey, bassist Sam Gethin-Jones, and drummer Dan Koyama. They have had huge success in their homeland supporting bands like Foals and Bloc Party, as well as performing to packed out crowds at their own headline shows.
