Inspiral Carpets have unveiled plans to tour the UK next spring, performing their debut album 'Life' in full.
Inspiral Carpets recently released their single 'You're So Good For Me', marking their first new material in 15 years. The band also toured the UK, including a stint with The Happy Mondays.
Hitting the road in March 2013, Inspiral Carpets will be performing 'Life' in it's entirety. In addition to the album, the band have promised fans a few other tracks and covers during the set too.
Band keyboardist Clint Boon told Xfm: "I have great memories of us writing and recording Life. The culmination of the first five years of us making Inspiral music. Such an exciting time for us lot. The Life album is our most psychedelic and diverse work. Working class Oldham meets timeless garage pop."
Clint also revealed that the band could take other albums on the road: "I think it is almost certain we will do this with the other albums as well. It's what bands are doing, its what the consumer sort of expects now innit - it's like a new format."
