Mobile phone network provider and festival partner Vodafone have appeared to have dropped an almighty clanger and accidentally revealed Pearl Jam as the third and final main stage headliner for Download Festival 2013.

The network provider posted an update to their official Facebook page: "Vodafone customers can buy their tickets to Download Festival 2013 now, 48 hours before the general sale. Pearl Jam, Iron Maiden, & Ramstein fans, hit LIKE & get yours now!".

The post has since been deleted by administrators of the Vodafone page, however, the addition of Pearl Jam would support the leaked line-up image that emerged online recently indicating that both Queens Of The Stone Age and Stone Sour are to subheadline the festival.

The Seattle grunge icons, whose appearance is still to be official confirmed by Download Festival organisers, look set to top the bill on the Friday night (14th August) of the Donington Park based festival joining Iron Maiden and Rammstein as headliners.

After revealing Iron Maiden as the first headliner for next year's Download, organisers have also officially announced Rammstein as the second headline act to be confirmed for 2013's festival.

Giving their first ever Download performance, Rammstein join fellow headliners Iron Maiden who bring their triumphant "Maiden England" tour to Donington Park on the 25th Anniversary of their first headline performance at the legendary home of rock.
