Plan B Thinks Government Must Tackle Problems Like Unemployment - Or There Will Be More Riots

English hip-hop and rap star Plan B has claimed that there’ll be more riots across the UK if the government doesn’t tackle problems such as unemployment.
Plan B, as a figure of appeal to young people, had a lot to say when the English riots took place in August last year, and has a hunch that there may be some more rioting if the government don’t tackle the problems which initially lead to the wild scenes in the first place.
Speaking to BBC Newsbeat, Plan B said: “I don't think the government is ever going to solve these problems. We will have more riots, it's going to get worse. We have had an issue with youth unemployment in this country for longer than 30 years. I don't think they have the balls to actually go and find out what's going on.
“Drugs are cool for kids, violence is cool, these things are exciting. A lot of these kids don't believe in themselves enough. They feel so detached from society they think, 'What's the point going to school, getting a job?'”
