Ulterior Announce Album Release Date - As Well As Unveiling New Single/Video 'The Locus Of Control'

London-based outfit Ulterior - who describe their sound as ‘Icecold speedhate staticvenom technopop - have announced that their second album ‘The Bleach Room’ will be released on January 7th 2013.
Recorded and produced by Robert Harder (Kylie Minogue, Neneh Cherry David Byrne and Brain Eno), ‘The Bleach Room’ is an album of forceful ambition and naked intent that stands to be loved or hated as in an unequivocal Ulterior fashion.
The first single to be taken from the album is ‘The Locus of Control’, which has been given a brilliant new music video that you can check out below. In the words of frontman Paul McGregor, the track was written "after a day reading medical papers and then seeing a piece on the news about religious female circumcision that angered me and disgusted me to my core.”
