Canadian superstar Justin Bieber has managed to get away scot free from allegations that he assaulted a man in Los Angeles, after photographer Jose Hernandez-Duran tried to press charges against him - claiming that the singer came at him with Beauty and a Beatdown earlier this year.
The star and Hernandez-Duran reportedly got into a scuffle at a shopping centre in Los Angeles, California back in May, the photographer has since attempted to press charges against Bieber, claiming that the 18 year-old punched him in the face and kicked him in the stomach. But, the case has now been thrown out - because prosecutors say there is ‘insufficient evidence for proof beyond a reasonable doubt’.
There were witnesses present at the scene of the incident, but according to the BBC, no-one can say for certain whether Bieber himself hit the photographer. Things reportedly kicked off after Hernandez-Duran attempted to take photos of the star as he left the shopping centre with now ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez.
