Dublin’s The Script have announced an East Anglian date for 2013 in what will be a welcome return to Thetford Forest, performing as part of Forest Live, the Forestry Commission’s annual concert series. Special Guests at the show are to be confirmed in the coming weeks.
Forest Live is an independent programme organised by the Forestry Commission bringing music to new audiences without commercial branding or sponsorship. Income generated from ticket sales is spent on improving the local forests for both people and wildlife. Forest Live concerts are renowned for their safe and relaxed atmosphere in fantastic woodland settings.
Commenting on the date, lead vocalist Danny O'Donoghue said: “We loved our Thetford forest debut to a sell-out crowd in 2011 and can’t wait to get back on that stage again. Hope to see you there.”
