Fleetwood Mac Tour To Be 'Very Different', Says Stevie Nicks

Stevie Nicks, the frontwoman of iconic rockers Fleetwood Mac, has promised fans that the band’s up and coming tour of the world will be ‘very different’ - and claims that they won’t just be going through the motions.

Although they haven’t announced their full tour dates as of yet, the band have already lined-up the US leg of their tour and have confirmed that they’ll hitting Europe and Australia - and according to Nicks, it’s going to be one hell of a roadtrip.

Speaking to The Guardian, Nicks revealed: “This is going to be a very different tour. The audience is going to see a very different Fleetwood Mac up there – we talked about how we really need to appreciate what we have and who we are and how far we've come.

She added: “I said to Lindsey: 'I wish your mom and dad were still alive – they'd be just like: 'Way to go, Lindsey Buckingham! Boy, damn we're glad you dropped out of swimming, we're so glad you stopped and went for rock'n'roll'.”

Nicks went on to reveal that not all is perfect in the the Fleetwood camp, saying that she misses having Chris McVie in the band.

“We all did everything we could do to try and talk her out of it. But you look in someone's eyes and you can tell they're finished. As Taylor Swift would say: 'We are never ever getting back together ever!' That's what Chris was saying…But I'd beg, borrow and scrape together $5m and give it to her in cash if she would come back. That's how much I miss her.”

We’re currently still waiting for the band to reveal their European and UK tour dates, so stay with Stereoboard to stay up-to-date on everything Fleetwood Mac.
