Olly Murs Announces Open-Air Summer Performances Including Forest Show At Westonbirt Arboretum

Olly Murs has announced details of three open-air summer shows, taking place at Peterborough Embankment, Westonbirt Arboretum and Exeter's Powderham Castle.
The success Olly Murs has experienced over the past four years is staggering, with the release of three multi-platinum selling albums: ‘Olly Murs’ (2010), ‘In Case You Didn’t Know’ (2011) and last year’s ‘Right Place Right Time’.
‘Right Place Right Time’ shot to the top of the albums chart immediately on release, giving Olly the biggest week-one sales by a male artist in 2012. Olly also managed the rare feat of being top of the album and singles chart simultaneously when ‘Troublemaker’ featuring Flo Rida hit the top spot for a second week.
Olly's Westonbirt Arboretum performance will be part of 'Forest Live', organised by the Forestry Commission to bring music to new audiences without commercial branding or sponsorship. Income generated from ticket sales is spent on caring for the internationally important tree collection at Westonbirt Arboretum and improving it for both people and wildlife.
Special guests for Olly's Forest show are to be announced in the coming weeks.
