Hornet To Rock London Once Again With Barfly Headline Gig

Last year was a great year for new music in the UK and one band in particular that made a huge impact in London were Hornet. After successfully packing out The Intrepid Fox to full-capacity eight times, selling out their first show Upstairs at The Garage and pulling a huge crowd to The Borderline, the young band (aged only 22), were described as ‘The evolution of rock ‘n’ roll’ and are believed to be one of the bands to watch in 2013!

The rock/metal four piece, who are becoming established on the circuit for their over-the-top and one of a kind live show are set to headline The Barfly, Camden on Thursday 28th February with support from rockers Titans & Kings and Swedish bombshell Mia Klose.

This year is set to be a busy one for Hornet with them taking to the stage just the day after they return from the studio, where they have been recording their highly anticipated debut album. Guitarist Tollef Rikje-Pearson said : “We’re trying to make rock ‘n’ roll for 2013 and beyond. Sure, we take some of our influences from the past but rather than trying to recreate what has already been done, we are trying to make today’s music. As a band we’re building our formula and I’m confident it’s now there!”

Titans and Kings produce a brand of rock that's bound to set the pulse racing. Drawing influence from the classics, but freshening things up with a modern twist, Titans & Kings bring killer riffs and anthemic choruses to the party. Not to be missed!

Mia Klose, the Swedish bombshell of 80s rock oozes confidence and charisma. Think young Axl Rose, Madonna and Michael Monroe treading the hard rock floorboards of Skid Row, Mötley Crüe and Bon Jovi along with a wardrobe that would impress Cindy Lauper and Lita Ford. Put that all together and Mia Klose’s sound and style will take you back to golden era of metal and rock!

Tickets for the last two ‘Let’s Get London Rocking’ shows sold quickly so it’s strongly advised that tickets are bought in advance. You can get tickets for a reasonable £6.00 (plus booking fees) now, otherwise tickets are £8.00 on the door. Click Here to Compare & Buy Hornet Tickets.

The infamous Camden Barfly has been a launching pad for some of the UK’s biggest bands such as Muse and Oasis and now with Hornet set to take to the legendary stage could this be their launching pad too?

This won’t be just a show... it’ll be a rock ‘n’ roll experience that you’ll never forget!
