BBC Introducing in Oxford’s Band of the Year for 2012, Spring Offensive release a new self-directed video today for a new song called 'No Assets'. Recorded and mixed by David Pye in a house in deepest Wiltshire.
Spring Offensive kick-off 2013 with a run of UK headline shows including their biggest London headline gig to date, at The Lexington on 19th March, with support from Wild Swim and Olympians. They have also confirmed they will be joining To Kill A King and Gaz Coombes on their respective UK shows.
Continuing their high benchmark for creative videos (the band art direct and produce all their own videos) the latest offering was a gruelling process of choreographing action from 12 different simultaneous viewpoints, and may be a very first of its kind.
The band note: “It was filmed in a single day using 12 chest-mounted iPhone cameras all filming simultaneously, and unless we're much mistaken, a video has never been put together in this way before.”
