American superstar Justin Timberlake will tour the UK in autumn, according to reports circulating the web today.
Timberlake’s sensational return to music is almost complete now that he’s released his new album ‘The 20/20 Experience’, released two new singles ‘Suit & Tie’ and ‘Mirrors’, and lined-up a headline performance alongside Jay-Z at this summer’s Wireless Festival in London. All the star is missing is a tour of the world - and we seem to be on the brink of an announcement.
Speaking to Billboard, Timberlake’s manager Johnny Wright has explained what it’s in store for Timber-fans across the globe.
“Yeah, probably he'll go out sometime in the fall,” Wright revealed. “We haven't routed that yet or figured out what cities we're going to play. I know we'll start in North America first. But again, our focus is getting the album out and getting the Jay/Justin piece done.”
When can we expect the tour to be announced?
“I would say sometime in April/May we’ll announce when Justin is going to put his own solo tour out,” Wright told the site.
Although nothing official has been set in place yet, many online believe that the UK leg will take place in autumn, following a US roadtrip. For now, Timberlake is celebrating his third UK #1 - we wonder if he’ll secure his fourth in November, when he releases ‘The 20/20 Experience’ part two.
