The Saint Pierre Snake Invasion Unveil New EP 'Everyone's Entitled To My Opinion'

Bristol five-piece The Saint Pierre Snake Invasion have announced that their brand new ‘Everyone’s Entitled To My Opinion’ will hit shelves on April 30th.

After exploding onto the scene in 2011 with what Peter Ringmaster of Rock Pulse described as ‘an unrelenting package of intense, pissed off spite’ with their debut EP ‘Flesh’, the band return with follow-up ‘Everyone’s Entitled To My Opinion’.

The fresh collection of tracks retains and expands on the machine like impact of their guitars, bass, and drums combined with the erratic urgency of frontman Damien Sayell’s witty and satirical lyrics.

Bassist Mark Fletcher says of the release: “This E.P is our reply to a stagnant genre of music. It's a return to a time when guitar music didn't just mean characterless jangly Avant garde or overly macho chest beating chugging. The title itself represents the fact that even when you put your heart and soul into music you're still only voicing an opinion and as much as you're entitled to your opinions everyone else is entitled to ignore them.”

The band’s live shows have become ‘see it to believe it’ moments that the band themselves - as well as critics, peers and fans - champion. The video to the bands single ‘Call the Coroner’ shows Damien screaming and dancing in bookshops, butchers, across roads and more. All shot in the area which gave the band instant notoriety, ‘Call the Coroner’ is a two and a half minute party in Bristol with The Snake Pierre Snake Invasion.
